Hi, I’m Olivia Retter, a women’s fitness & nutrition coach passionate about helping women ditch the extremes and finally feel at home in their bodies.

I created The Framework and my Nutritional Resource Bundle to simplify what often feels overwhelming: eating well, reaching your goals, and actually enjoying the process.

After years of seeing how diets, misinformation, and food guilt can leave women feeling stuck and frustrated, I knew there had to be a better way, so I built one.

My approach is all about balance, sustainability, and real results. Whether you're working toward fat loss, muscle gain, or just want a better relationship with food, I’m here to help you create habits that feel good and stick.
